Tap to pick a worker from your team. Move the worker to grab furniture in the messy house. Place the furniture in the marked area to clear the space. Repeat this process until the house is fully cleared. After the house is cleared, press the sell button to receive money. Spend the money to buy materials and construct a new house. Select a design for the new house and see as it gets built. Upgrade your workers' efficiency to hasten the renovation process. Complete more houses to unlock new levels and develop your renovation empire.
